One-on-one training, once weekly • $65/hour
One-on-one training, twice or more weekly • $55/hour
Program build out and competition clients with weekly checkins • price determination on individual bases

Where will we workout?
I train clients at WNC Barbell gym, 237 Sardis Rd Asheville, NC 28806
Do I need a gym membership to get started?
Yes. You do need a gym membership at WNC Barbell to work out on the gym floor. Participants in the Strong for Summer Challenge get their membership included in the registration. Learn more here.
Do you offer single sessions?
No. I find that to get the best results for my clients working out weekly is the minimum so I do not offer one-off sessions. The one exception is if you’d like to try working out together before committing, we can schedule a single session for sure.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash and Venmo.
